Girls who work in this store are awesome! I got there 15 minutes before closing time to notarize a document. They were friendly and happy to help. Got out of there 5 minutes later. Fast work! Great customer service! Both Rachel and Jenna were amazing! Thank you guys!

Shipped a package from this ups store to Texas and was told it would be delivered on a certain date well a week later package has still not been delivered. Tracked package and it has three different delivery dates I called & went to this store and got three different answers from three different employees with no solution. Will never use this store again hopefully they will find my package are reimburse my money .

They did absolutely everything for me. All I had to do was bring my item in and they had all the packing materials and gave me a choice in pricing. I was out of there so quickly. Sometimes mailing items off can get forgotten and cluttered and it’s so nice to walk away, knowing it’s off to its destination.

Best UPS shop in Denver. The ladies are awesome and always go way above and beyond. They also give tips to save money..which is appreciated.

I have been receiving mail and packages at this location for about 2 months. The staff is very friendly and attentive and they seem to be very well organized. Highly recommend this location over the one on S. Havana.
